Dental health every day is Important

We all know it is important to brush and floss our teeth every day. But do you know why?

Your mouth, gums, and teeth are directly affected by your choices in food and drinks. To protect your oral health, practice oral hygiene every day.
For example:
  • Brush your teeth 2x a day with fluoride toothpaste.
  • Floss daily before you brush your teeth.
  • Eat a healthy diet and limit between-meal snacks.
  • Replace your toothbrush every three to four months or sooner if bristles are frayed.
  • Schedule regular dental checkups and cleanings.
  • Avoid tobacco use.

Contact your dentist if an oral health problem arises. Taking care of your oral health is an investment in your overall health.
